The list of ingredients and allergy risk information for all online products are listed and supplied by our suppliers. Thus, Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre will not take responsibility for any allergy reactions. However, we are more than happy to give advice.
The prices for products are displayed on the webpage for that product.
All Prices are inclusive of GST, as shown on each product page.
Discounts on products are only considered if the purchasing company intends to resell the products purchased. Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre maintains the right to decide if a company is granted discounts on products purchased.
Pricing for any given product is liable to change at any time without notice.

In the unlikely event that you may experience an allergic reaction (excluding any retinoid response) you may request a refund or a product replacement for a defective product. Please email us at info@melbournelaser.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then inform you of how to return the unused portion of tire product (in reasonable condition).
Please allow a reasonable amount of time from the date of delivery of the return before we complete our appraisal and approve the refund – if deemed to be warranted. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the cost of the product or mail out the product. We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. We do not accept returns for any claims that a product was not effective and do not accept refunds or claims on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorized retailers.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all Gift Certificates issued by Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre ABN 19 984 581 236 after 01 January 2016.
YOUR PURCHASE, REDEMPTION OR ATTEMPTED REDEMPTION OF A GIFT CERTIFICATE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND AGREEMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND SECURITY NOTICE (SEE PARAGRAPH 8).
This document contains the full set of terms and conditions governing your use of the Gift Certificate. We recommend that you read this document carefully before using the Gift Certificate. Expiry : Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Gift Certificates expire 6 months after the date of issue. See paragraph 4.
2. Definitions
“Certificate CODE” means the 5 letter and/or digit Voucher CODE printed on the back of the Gift Certificate. “Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre” means Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre ABN 19 984 581 236 of Suite 1M, 530 Little Collins Street, Victoria 3000.
“Gift Certificate” means the gift certificate that you have purchased or received, such as one of the following: Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Gift Certificate. A reference to “we” or “us” is a reference to Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre.
A reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to the person who is in possession of the Gift Certificate at the relevant time for the purposes of these Terms of Use and Conditions, or who authorises another person to do something with or to the Gift Certificate on their behalf.
1. Gift Certificate Redemption & Exclusions
1.1 Redemption
Except for the exclusions listed in paragraph 1.2 (Exclusions) below, once loaded with value your Gift Certificate may be redeemed for purchases at all Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre stores.

2. How to load value onto your Gift Certificate
2.1 In store Gift Certificate purchases
Nominate the value you wish to be loaded on the Gift Certificate. A minimum of $100.00 and a maximum of $1000.00 can be loaded on each Gift Certificate.
2.2 Online Gift Certificate purchases
Gift Certificates that are purchased from Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Gifts Online are pre-loaded and activated before being sent for delivery.
2.3 All Gift Certificates
Pay for your Gift Certificate value with the tender of your choice (other than a Gift Certificate). The transaction will be completed when the Gift Certificate is activated and loaded with value.
There may be a delay with the Gift Certificate activating in the system once loaded. During this delay, the Gift Certificate cannot be used for purchases or transaction enquiries.
Except if expressly stated by us in the case of special promotions, you will not be awarded any MELBOURNE LASER & AESTHETIC CENTRE VIP MEMBERSHIP POINTS when you purchase a Gift Certificate.
3. Using your Gift Certificate
3.1 Making a purchase with your Gift Certificate
Present your Gift Certificate at the point of sale at a Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre with the merchandise or after the treatment that you wish to purchase using that Gift Certificate. Our receptionist will process the Certificate. The transaction will be completed when the balance has reduced on your Gift Certificate.
No change will be given for any Remaining Gift Certificate Value. The Gift Certificate must be used in whole, in one transaction before the Gift Certificate expires.
You agree that we can reduce the Remaining Gift Certificate Value by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorised by you. Transactions are authorised by you by:
a. giving us details of the Gift Certificate and authorising the transaction in clinic or online to be approved by us.
When you authorise a transaction:
3.2 Purchases exceeding the Remaining Gift Certificate Value
Your Gift Certificate may only be used to make purchases to the initial Gift Certificate value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Gift Certificate value or the Remaining Gift Certificate Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
3.3 Exchanging items purchased with a Gift Certificate
Goods that are purchased solely, or in part with a Gift Certificate may be exchanged or returned subject to Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre’s exchange and returns policy.
Our exchange and returns policy includes the right for us to issue a returns certificate such as the Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Returns Certificate instead of other tender, cash, Gift Certificates or discount.
3.4 Issue with goods or services purchased with a Gift Certificate
If you have an issue with any goods or services that you purchased with a Gift Certificate you should contact Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre.
3.5 No cash advances
Gift Certificates are not legal tender, account certificates, credit or debit certificates or securities. You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Certificate, redeem your Gift Certificate for cash or receive any portion of the Remaining Gift Certificate Value in cash.
3.6 Checking your Gift Certificate balance, expiry date and transaction history
You will not be sent statements of transactions on a Gift Certificate. You can check your Gift Certificate balance and expiry date at any time in-clinic at the reception desk, or by calling (03) 8686 5786.
3.7 Can I exchange my Gift Certificate?
You cannot exchange your Gift Certificate for a different denomination or type of Gift Certificate or for another tender, cash or discount.
3.8 Can I purchase a gift certificate using a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate. This includes Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Returns Certificate.
3.9 Destruction of Gift Certificate with no value
All Gift Certificates remain the property of Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre. Our receptionist may destroy your expended Gift Certificate or you must destroy it by cutting it in half.
4. Expiry, cancellation and re-issue of Gift Certificates
4.1 Expiry of Gift Certificates
Except for the Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Returns Certificate, your Gift Certificate will be valid for use for six months from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us) after such time it will be invalid. You should use all of the Gift Certificate Value before the expiry date, after the expiry date unused value will become the property of Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre.
4.2 Expiry of Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Returns Certificate
Your Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre Returns Certificate will be valid for use for 1 year from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us) after such time it will be invalid. You should use all of the Remaining Gift Certificate Value before the expiry date, after the expiry date unused value will become the property of Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre.
4.3 Cancellation and voiding of Gift Certificates
a. Gift Certificates cannot be cancelled once they are issued except if voided by Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre, if their value is used or if they expire.
b. We reserve the right to void any Gift Certificate that appears to have been defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way and Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre may subject Gift Certificates to a verification process.
c. We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Certificate, or the Gift Certificate program, for any reason at any time without notice. In such instances (except those set out in paragraph b) we will elect to provide a refund or a replacement Gift Certificate.
d. We reserve the right to correct the balance of your Gift Certificate if we believe that a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
4.4 Re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Certificates
A re-issue of faulty or damaged Gift Certificates is not available unless the fault or damage to the Gift Certificate is proven to be a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of us or our agents or contractors.
5. Lost or stolen Gift Certificates
Treat your Gift Certificate like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Certificates will not be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Gift Certificate will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Certificate.
6. Your Gift Certificate, your responsibility
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Certificate. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Certificate, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions of Use
We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time where the change is required for any reason and agree to provide you with at least 30 days notice of such changes. We will give you notice by posting the changes on www.lasermelbourne.com.au.com.au/index.php/terms-and-conditions-and-faq. If you write to Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre within the notice period and do not accept the changes we may cancel your Gift Certificate and refund any Remaining Gift Certificate Value to you.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy and Security Notice explains how we handle the personal information that we may collect from you with respect to Gift Certificates. 10. Limitation of liability
You have certain rights under the Australian consumer legislation which cannot be excluded and are not affected by these terms and conditions. Except for those statutory rights, any conditions implied by any other laws are excluded from these Terms and Conditions of use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) howsoever caused, nor will we be in default under these Terms and Conditions of Use, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause except if caused by our gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, if we are liable to you, our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the Remaining Gift Certificate Value on your Gift Certificate.
11. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute in connection with a Gift Certificate is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia (including the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry).
