Clinic directors Tania Fognini and Tania Caputo established Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre in the heart of Melbourne in 1990. The directors are qualified Dermal Clinicians and Registered Nurses who hold a BHSc – CDT (Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Dermal Therapies) and Bachelor of Nursing and are fellow members of AHPRA and the ASDC – Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians Inc. with over 30 years professional experience.
The clinic is staffed with highly experienced and qualified Healthcare Professionals; Dermal Clinicians, Cosmetic Nurses, Laser Therapists and in collaboration with Specialist cosmetic physicians, medical practitioners and Dermatologists. All MLAC clinicians keep up to date on current medical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures through continued education to provide the highest standard in cosmetic procedures, innovative technologies and cutting edge treatments.
Dermal Clinicians have completed the Bachelor of Health Science Degree in (Clinical) Dermal Therapies and is a Full member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians. The Degree qualification specialises in the treatment of acute and chronic skin conditions using Laser technologies and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.
