In the unlikely event that you may experience an allergic reaction (excluding any retinoid response) you may request a refund or a product replacement for a defective product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will then inform you of how to return the unused portion of the product (in reasonable condition).
Please allow a reasonable amount of time from the date of delivery of the return before we complete our appraisal and approve the refund – if deemed to be warranted. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the cost of the product or mail out the replacement product. We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind. We do not accept returns for any claims that a product was not effective in treating a condition. We do not accept returns or claims on products that were purchased through eBay or any other unauthorised retailers.
Orders, Payment & Pricing
- Orders can be placed online by clicking ‘add to cart’ on the product page or shop online section of our website.
- You can view your cart by clicking ‘view cart’ at the top right of the webpage. Clicking the “Add to Cart” button will add the products to your shopping cart, while not committing you to the purchase.
- To go ahead with the purchase, please provide your shipping location then, click “Proceed to Checkout” to the right of the ‘view cart’ page.
- To continue shopping, choose another product category from the left navigation menu.
- Online or phone orders can be paid using the following credit cards: Visa & MasterCard.
Pricing & Discounts:
- The prices for products are displayed on the webpage for that product.
- All Prices are exclusive of GST, as shown on each product page.
- Discounts on products are only considered if the purchasing company intends to resell the products purchased. Melbourne Laser & Aesthetic Centre maintains the right to decide if a company is granted discounts on products purchased.
- Pricing for any given product is liable to change at any time without notice.
Upon Receipt of Goods:
- Inspect for damage, incorrect or missing goods.
- If a product is damaged upon inspection:1. We ask that you notify us immediately, within 7 days of delivery of the order.2. We ask that you take detailed photographs of the damages and email them to email@example.com. We ask that you keep all boxes and packing materials and re-package the products as they were received.
